Batman: Arkham City is to get a Collector's Edition alongside the normal retail release, which will include early access DLC, art and a statue.

Released October 21, the Collector's Edition (pictured below) will feature a custom Batman statue based on the A.C art produced by Japanese company Kotobukiya, an art book, and early access to the Iceberg Lounge Challenge Map and a Batman: The Dark Knight Returns skin from Frank Miller's famous series.

While we applaud the bonus DC Universe animated original movie, Batman: Gotham Knight being included as well, the black sheep of the collection will be a code for a digital copy of a Batman: Arkham City album which is comprised of original songs. No names attached yet - but this will be interesting to find out who's included.

No RRP has been attached yet, but expect something similar to Arkham Asylum's Special Edition price tag.

"Congratulations to Rocksteady: it's pulled off the same trick on us for a third time in a row - and it still feels fresh, haunting and funny all at the same time."

"Consider this the second act, the better half, the conclusion after the cliffhanger - Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi (without the weak bits) rolled into one."
