Final Fantasy XV

FFXV, Kingdom Hearts III to be ported to Xbox One

Direct X 11 allows studio to easily transfer titles between hardware, Wii U versions uncertain.

Square-Enix confirmed as part of its E3 presentation this morning that both FFXV and Kingdom Hearts III will be coming to Xbox One - though they'll be ported from the PS4 versions. However, producer Shinji Hashimoto wouldn't confirm during a post presentation Q&A whether they'd be simultaneous releases, or whether the nature of the ports would mean some delay between releases. The company wouldn't be drawn on the fate of any Nintendo platform versions, simply replying that any hardware would need to be able to use the Direct X 11 process.
