At Microsofts E3 press conference a new trailer for fantasy RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was shown off. The new game boasts the biggest map of any Witcher game to date and in a change of pace from previous instalments the environments are completely free-roaming.
Utlising the Xbox One hardware, Witcher 3 will integrate optional voice and combat commands via Kinect, a feature that's exclusive to Xbox One.
In the gameplay footage Geralt looks as grizzled as ever. Environments are hugely detailed and combat is dynamic, visceral and tactical. We're told this is "the last part of the legend". If CD Projekt Red mean that the way it sounds it looks like they're aiming to end the franchise with a truly epic next-gen role-playing adventure.

The Witcher: Corvo Bianco will explore the life of the monster-slayer after the events of Wild Hunt.

It will arrive as a free addition to the game.
Be prepared for a darker version of the classic board game than we're used to.
