L.A. Noire tops UK charts

Best selling new IP of all time

Rockstar have every reason to celebrate as L.A. Noire storms this week's UKIE charts. L.A. Noire sold almost exactly the same number of copies as Red Dead Redemption did one year ago and it ranks as the 13th fastest selling Xbox 360 and 11th fastest selling PS3 title to date. L.A. Noire also became the fastest selling new intellectual property of all time in the UKIE charts.

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings had a very strong first week for a PC only release ending up in fifth place, while Crysis 2 climbed back up thanks to various promotions.
