Day one DLC announced for Rome II
Pontus the ninth playable faction in upcoming Total War game.

Creative Assembly are preparing day one DLC in the form of a ninth playable faction for Total War: Rome II. The Pontus faction will be the first free DLC for the game, after it was revealed that content for the strategy title was now locked down. There's still no concrete release date, but the latest press release hints that one is coming "soon".
The official description for the new faction provides a little more detail on what we can expect: Hailing from the mountainous lands around the Black Sea, The Kingdom of Pontus is distinctly eastern in outlook and attitude. Resolute in battle and feared for its swift, deadly scythed chariots, Pontus stands poised to sweep South into the Arabian Lands, or West, to threaten Asia and Greece.
