Activision CEO Bobby Kotick held an investors' call yesterday, detailing amongst other things how much money the company is making. But for Blizzard-fans, there's one tidbit of information that might be of interest - it seems like Blizzard started their internal beta of Diablo III last week and that they hope to be able to have an open beta up and running during the third quarter of this year.
Activision also expect that Blizzard will have at least two titles ready for release during 2012, but that we won't see anything from the company during 2011.
The Devil is in the detail, as hell heads to Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
"Diablo III delivers that gameplay that has kept us playing throughout the entire night with previous chapters."
The game is officially sunset, but that doesn't mean fans won't have a couple of new things to enjoy.
Diablo III players will be able to unlock new seasonal rewards next week, with the release of season 18.
