The Witcher 2 for consoles
Development has already started
Looking forward to playing The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, but lack the PC needed to play it? Got a HD-console? Then it seems like you're in luck! In an interview with Polish TV, CVG reports, producer Michael Kicinski said that the game is under development for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. No word on any planned release date, but better than nothing, eh? There's already been one Witcher-game in development for consoles, which was put on ice, but hopefully The Witcher 2 will get luckier.
Kicinski did reference the console version of The Witcher 2 as a "separate project", so there might be some overall changes to the game instead of being a simple port. Expect more information at E3 or Gamescom.
