Sega released new screens of Phantasy Star Online 2 at an Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity fan event in Tokyo, and to be honest it looks just the way we want the sequel to one of our favourite Dreamcast titles to look. Sega are preparing an alpha test this summer in Japan and hopefully that means we will get to see the full game before the end of the year. At this point the game is only announced to appear on PC, but hopefully there are also plans for console versions. The game appears to feature dynamic weather, and according to producer Satoshi Sakai the game aims to bring back a sense of adventure lost in today's RPG's.
