Activision has confirmed the latest DLC pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is coming to Xbox 360 on April 16.
Uprising is set to feature plenty of interesting new content, including a maps full of red hot lava, an abandoned rock concert and a zombie mode called "Mob of the Dead".
The maps first; "Magma" is set in a Japanese village filling up with streams of deadly lava; "Encore" is based around the stage of an abandoned music festival in London; "Vertigo" is set on high rise building, with perilous ledges just waiting for players to fall off of; and "Studio" is a remake of old fan-favourite "Firing Range", it's set on a Hollywood movie set, and is rammed full of different cinematic influences.
The new zombie mode - "Mob of the Undead" - features an all-star cast playing prohibition-era gangsters: Billy Handsome (Liotta), Al "The Weasel" Arlington (Pantoliano), Salvatore "Sal" DeLuca (Palmentiri), and Michael "Finn" O'Leary (Madsen). Serving time in Alcatraz prison, they must fight their way to safety, and should one of the four get munched on by a zombie, they'll be sent to "Purgatory" - a new feature being included in the DLC package.
Uprising - the second content pack to hit Black Ops 2 - will cost 1200 MS Points, unless you've picked up the DLC Season Pass. If you've done that, you've already paid. For PS3 owners, we're still waiting on a date for when the new maps will be heading in your direction.
