Some new tidbits on Max Payne 3 have appeared thanks to the latest issue of Edge. The article reveals that the environments will be fully destructible and that bullet time is back (no big surprise there) and that you will charge it by shooting enemies.
The game is set in Sao Paolo, and the game has been developed by four Rockstar studios in co-operation. James McCaffrey voices Max Payne, and there is also a new cover system.
After some time in the dark it looks like Max Payne 3 is back on track.
