The latest trailer to land from Ubisoft for their hotly anticipated near-future action game gives us an insight to the technology set to feature in Watch Dogs, and spells out just how much it's going to impact on gameplay.

CtOS - The Central Operating System - is a city-wide network monitoring the good people of Chicago, and in the trailer we see some of the ways hacker Aiden Pearce is able to exploit it for his benefit.
