In a Reddit Q&A with Karl Stewart, Tomb Raider's global brand director, it was revealed yesterday that Crystal Dynamics has no intention of delivering single player DLC for the recently released Lara Croft reboot, with the studio instead focussing on multiplayer content. For now, at least.
In the discussion Stewart states: "There are currently no plans in place for any Single Player expansions. All of our DLC is based around the Multiplayer experience for now." It's certainly a revelation that will likely disappoint fans who prefer solo adventuring, and given Tomb Raider's fan base, that may well be a lot of people.
Speaking of multiplayer DLC, the Caves and Cliffs map pack landed on Xbox Live yesterday, priced 400 MS Points.
