Second Civ V Expansion

Firaxis has just announced the second expansion pack for Civilization V. Brave New World will see new leaders, scenarios and wonders introduced. There's also to be two areas where the game is being tweaked, namely Diplomacy and Culture.

There's to be a World Congress to increase diplomatic options, including being able to set rules on the use of nuclear weapons, as well as placing trade embargoes and the like on rogue nations. There's to be a new victory condition - Culture Victory - and the introduction of international trade routes.

The new content will likely be welcomed news by the game's dedicated community, but they're going to have to wait till sometime in the summer before they can get their hands on the expansion.
