Good Old Games, or GOG as they are also known (which seriously sounds a lot more fun when said out loud), are the retro-happy online retailers that soon will add modern games to their service. Which will include The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings which is out due in May. They've now announced that they will be the only download outlet that will carry the game without any form of DRM - the game will of course be available elsewhere, but GOG say they are the only place where you will be able to get it without copy-protection.

"DRM is not a good way to fight piracy," managing director Guillaume Rambourg says. Hopefully he will be proven right. It should also be noted that GOG is owned by CD Projekt, the developer of the game in question.
