Destiny confirmed for PS4

Bungie took the stage last at the Playstation Meeting. As close to a "screw you, Microsoft!" you got at the conference (taking a page out of Microsoft's book, remember them revealing Metal Gear and Final Fantasy last at their E3 shows?), and they actually showed off some in-game footage from the game. They also announced exclusive content was coming for the Playstation versions of the game. Jason Jones called it a "perfect fit" on Playstation 4 - with the nature of being online and connected at all times.

What's interesting regarding the PS3/PS4 version that are launching simultaneously, is that the contract between Activision and Bungie that was revealed during the Infinity Ward trial stated the game would be exclusive to Xbox 360/720 for a period of time. Perhaps the Playstation versions of Destiny will launch later, but with exclusive content as compensation?
