It's a long road to Gears of War 3, but it doesn't have to be a lonely one. To drum some excitement for the (roadie) run towards Epic's trilogy finisher, Microsoft has announced a bundle pack collecting Marcus Fenix's journey thus far.
The pack, that box art of which is below, collects the first two Gears of War games, along with the Gears of War 2 All Fronts DLC pack. There's no Gears 3 content on it though - for that you'll have to wait for Epic's Bulletstorm and its invite to the Gears of War 3 beta.
The pack hits US on February 15, with a UK date still to be confirmed. Expect a reduced retail price when it does hit shop shelves.
UPDATE: Microsoft has stated that the Triple Pack will be a US only release. Speaking to CVG, a spokesperson for the firm said: "The Gears of War Triple Pack is a US regional promotion. In the UK, Gears of War 2 - complete with the All Fronts add-on content - has already joined Gears of War in the elite Classics range, where we offer our best games at great value prices."
Shame.
