Fable to offer Christmas bonus

Microsoft has sweetened Christmas for Fable players by offering a 50k-sized present over the holiday season.

It's mobile App Kingmaker, which allows players to earn money which they can transfer into their Fable III accounts, will gift out 50,000 gold coins to every player to celebrate the holiday.

Kingmaker finally comes to a close on January 1. The publisher has announced that whoever is on the winning side come the game's finish will receive 50,000 gold coins, and those winning in the battle in Europa will be gifted with a further 100,000. So even if you've yet to download the title but find Fable III in your Christmas stocking, download it and pick a side - the odds are a hell of a lot better than the lottery.

All fund transfers will occur on January 4, Microsoft has stated.
