Snowflake exploit results in bans
Guild Wars 2 ridded of cheaters.

Arenanet and NCsoft have handed out perma bans to players who made use of an exploit that allowed them to create virtually limitless amounts of globs of ectoplasm (skewing the economy badly), Massively reports. The exploit that appeared during the Wintersday event was swiftly closed, but apparently a large number of players used the exploit prior to it being taken care of - and those players have now been given a permanent vacation from Tyria.
