At a press event last week in the US Irrational Games' Ken Levine confirmed that Bioshock Infinite has been pushed back a month and will now be released on March 26. That's likely a worldwide date as it was originally set to release on February 26 worldwide.

Apparently it was when Rod Fergusson came on board from Epic, that he took a look at the current state of the game and the remaining schedule and argued for pushing back the release 3-4 weeks. Obviously given that the Take-Two fiscal year finishes at the end of March this is the last possible date the game can be released without causing major damage to Take-Two results for the full year and that may also have been factor when settling on the new date.
