Kotaku are reporting on rumour that the new Bioware game set to be revealed at the Video Game Awards on December 11 is a Mass Effect multiplayer spin-off developed by Bioware in Montreal.
According to Kotaku's source the game is designed to appeal to the Call of Duty audience and will feature multiplayer with the powers and weapons found in the Mass Effect game. The Mass Effect spin-off title is also said to feature a single player campaign that doesn't feature Commander Shepard.
I guess we'll get all the details in a few weeks.
We return to the mushroom shaped space station at the heart of the Terminus System.

It would have been similar to the way the trilogy actually concluded, but with a few important tweaks here and there.
