Bethesda has revealed the first batch of DLC for Dishonored is on its way next month, with two story driven DLC campaigns set to follow in the new year.

Dishonored: Dunwall City Trials is set to launch on December 11 on PC, PS3 (both £3.99) and Xbox 360 (400 MS Points), and will include ten challenge maps featuring, amongst other things, wave-based challenges and time trials. The DLC will come complete with trophies/acheivements, and a global online leaderboard for gamers to compare their stealth, combat and mobility skills.

Bethesda's blog gives us an idea about the content of the second DLC (see below), but details surrounding the third are set to be revealed closer to the time of release.

Daud, the leader of a group of supernatural assassins known as ‘The Whalers', will be the focus of the second add-on pack, scheduled for release in early Spring 2013. Make your way through new Dunwall locales and discover Daud's own set of weapons, powers and gadgets in this story-driven campaign. How you play and the choices you make will impact the final outcome...

REVIEW. Written by Bengt Lemne

"Taken as a whole this is something rare: DLC that adds and builds on the experience in the main game, while still providing a storyline that works on its own."
