Tom Hardy is Sam Fisher

Splinter Cell movie scores star.

Tom Hardy who was recently seen as Bane in The Dark Knight Rises and who currently is filming Mad Max: Fury Road, has been tapped to star as Sam Fisher in an upcoming film based on Ubisoft's Splinter Cell franchise, according to Variety. According to Variety no studio has been signed, but Ubisoft's new production company has been in talks with Paramount and Warner Bros.
