Bioware's responded to the Black Ops disc problem, which saw a number of retail discs for the new Call of Duty accidentally shipped with Mass Effect 2 data on them.

While the Mass Effect creators can't help start with a tongue in cheek take on its official blog ("we prefer to think that it was an omen, and when the universe talks, you should listen"), they've used the mistake as a chance to push the newly released Mass Effect Trilogy - the first fifty people affected that submit a photo to the company will get a free copy of the three game collection sent out to them.
