An alleged trailer for Project Cars 2 leaks

Although the game was officially announced in June 2015, Slightly Mad Studios has not offered many details since about Project Cars 2, the new highly anticipated racing sim, which should arrive on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. A few weeks ago, we reported that Slightly Mad Studios' CEO, Ian Bell, would provide some information on the possible launch window of the game, scheduled for September this year.

Yet at this time there's lot of activity around a video posted online, which would seem to be the very first Project Cars 2 trailer. At the moment we have not yet received official confirmation whether or not an official video leaked, but we are waiting for news from Slightly Mad Studios. If the trailer is official, is it a good one to be releasing after such a long period of little information?
