Last year Electronic Arts decided to not have their games on the E3 show floor, but instead have their very own event. It would seem that they plan to do the same thing this year.

They've just announced that this year's EA Play will be held from June 10 to June 12 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, while also being streamed online. One again they promise to "connect fans around the world to EA's biggest new games through live broadcasts, community content, competitions and more".

The announcement doesn't say anything about a press conference, but we'd be dumbfounded if the event doesn't kick off by what many consider to be one of the show's biggest highlights. This means that you should expect to see Star Wars Battlefront 2, FIFA 18 and more on Saturday June 10.

What announcements are you hoping for?
