Bethesda has released a new update for the PS4 and PC versions of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, with the Xbox One counterpart coming "later". The update 1.3 adds general stability and performance improvements, while it also fixes issues with the Slow Time effects generated by some abilities, like the Slow Time Dragon Shout players can unlock.

The new patch also adds better support for 144hz displays on PC and fixes an issue preventing players from logging in into Bethesda.net. There's no word when exactly the Xbox One will get its version of the update.
