Shenmue 3 pre-orders open on December 15 for PC

At the end of every year Japanese magazine Famitsu talks to popular creators about their plans for the near future. One of those is Yu Suzuki, leader of YS Net and creator of Shenmue 3, who has great news for the fans of the series.

Shenmue 3 development "is entering the final stage headed towards full-scale production. Early in the new year, I think we'll be able to show you things such as new videos", he told Famitsu (via Gematsu). He and his team want "our backers and those who experience the world of Shenmue for the first time [to] do so with pleasure".

PlayStation 4 has been the main platform for the game so far since Sony is helping the studio through Third-Party Production, but it is also coming to PC. Due to "lot of requests" received by the studio, YS Net will open pre-orders for Shenmue 3 on PC starting December 15.
