After months of speculation CD Projekt Red finally confirmed that they were working on a Game of the Year Edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt back in July. Back then they didn't want to tell us a release date or anything, but now they do.
The Game of the Year Edition includes all three chapters of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, as well as the Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions of Geralt of Rivia's final adventure. It'll also include all of the free DLC packs they've released since launch. This means you'll get new weapons, new armour, a New Game+ mode, even more Gwent cards, additional outfits for Geralt's companions and so much more.
These details don't exactly come as a surprise. What is more surprising is that the Game of the Year Edition will launch on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on August 30.
