Dead Space 3 dated

Isaac has a return date.

At EA's conference at this year's Gamescom, it was just announced that Visceral and EA's sci-fi survival horror shooter, Dead Space 3, is set to be released on February 8, 2013. This makes us very happy.

It's still a long way off, but at least we have a tangible date. Now all that remains to be seen is if Visceral can pull of the transformation from claustrophobic corridor shooter to open world action adventure, without upsetting too many of the IP's core fans.
