It seems like getting the Blu-ray version of the extremely popular Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be something as necessary as water, air and sliced bread for fans of the franchise.

Entertainment Weekly reports that no less than seven deleted scenes will be added to this version. One of them will only be in the downloadable edition, but since that version is included with the Blu-ray, it really isn't much to argue about. And judging from the descriptions, it's good stuff including Han Solo action as well as a First Order snowspeeder chase.

Head over to Entertainment Weekly who has pictures of the deleted scenes with information about them. All fairly spoiler free.

Blu-rays can, of course, be used with both PlayStation 3, 4 and Xbox One. There's no offical game based on the movie, but if you want to play through the story, you can do this in a light hearted way in the Force Awakens Play Set for Disney Infinity 3.0: Play Without Limits and the upcoming Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Below is the first movie trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens if you want to freshen up your memory and be reminded eactly how awesome this movie is.
