Rockstar has revealed details of the Disorganized Crime Pack. The content is to be released later this month, and it'll be free.

The studio has also decided to consolidate the content of the planned five DLC packs, instead releasing three with more content. New York Minute Co-Op Pack and Trickle Down Economics Map Pack will now no longer be released.

Rockstar were also good enough to release the following release schedule, complete with a handy multi-format price list.

      Disorganized Crime Pack: August [Free]
Hostage Negotiation Map Pack: September [800 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or £7.29 (PlayStation Network and PC)]
Painful Memories Map Pack: October [800 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or £7.29 (PlayStation Network and PC)]
Deathmatch Made In Heaven Mode Pack: October [800 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) or £7.29 (PlayStation Network and PC)]

Those with the Rockstar Pass will still get access to the maps, and according to the studio the 2400 MS Points/£19.99 cost of the online pass will still save 35% over the cost of buying all the DLC individually.
