After Namco Bandai's Level Up event it was rumoured that The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings would only be released on PC. Simply, because this was the only platform mentioned at the event. But developers CD Projekt have now commented on this on their twitter account.
"CD Projekt always wanted and still plans to develop The Witcher 2 on consoles - nothing has changed"
Basically we are going to have to wait longer for console versions, but they could still be coming at some point. The PC version of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is due out early next year.
