Fallout 3 ships 4.7 million

Bethesda Softworks have announced that 4.7 million copies of Fallout 3 have been shipped across three platforms in Europe and North America (the game release early December in Japan). The game recently claimed first spot in the UK charts, as well as one and two in Sweden... well, it has pretty much had chart success everywhere it has been released. It remains to be seen if the 4.7 million number is a case of overshipping or a realistic first shipment of the title.
