Usually it's either Japan or the U.S. thats gets a head start on new games such as this. Often it can be a few days, and when it's Japanese games it can even be several months. Fortunately, this won't be a problem with Street Fighter V.
During the Hong Kong video gaming convention, the Ultra Street Fighter IV producer Tomoaki Ayano took part in a Street Fighter V presentation and revealed:
"We will have a simultaneous [Street Fighter 5] release all across the world. No region will be late, and everyone will be able to play at the same time."
Street Fighter V had a rocky start with the planned beta and it was postponed until a later date. Hopefully the next attempt will run a bit smoother and the game can be launched as planned the second quarter of next year.
