To thank their fans for their continued support, Netherrealm Studios has announced that starting from today all MKX players will receive The Mortal Kombat X Klassic Fatality pack for free.
The new DLC includes four original fatalities taken from the first Mortal Kombat, with reference to Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya and Johnny Cage (in addition to Kold War Scorpion Skin).
The announcement was accompanied by today's launch of the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack, for €29.99 / £24.99, which is described thus:
Slash your opponents as Horror Icon Jason Voorhees, or play as Predator, the Ultimate Hunter. Klassic characters Tanya and Tremor complete the offer. Each fighter comes with a themed skin pack including three new skins for select characters. Also includes The Samurai Pack available April 14.
Those who want to buy the Predator Bundle separately (the new DLC that includes Predator as a playable character and three new skins, Commando Johnny, Infrared Scorpion and Carl Weathers in the role of Jax) can do that starting from July 14 on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace and Steam at €7.99. The Predator will be sold separately at a price of €4.99 and the Predator Prey Pack, that includes three new skins, will cost €3.99 (we'll confirm UK prices when we get them).
