Comcept, the Mighty No.9 team lead by Keiji Inafune has started a new Kickstarter campaign for a title called Red Ash, a game that "fulfills Keiji Inafune's desire to create a game that pays homage to Japanese animation."
Red Ash is a third person action/adventure game with RPG elements, that is being produced in collaboration with animation outfit Studio 4℃.
Red Ash aims to be a story on a grand scale, a project with bigger ambitions then the previous retro-style Mighty No.9. The campaign is looking for a $800,000 goal with 28 days to go and is being developed on PC, although PS4 and Xbox One versions are planned if the studio can get enough money to pull it off.
