EA's "Football Lab" (we're not sure if it's an actual laboratory, or more like an office/game room) have come up with the formation most likely to be successful in Poland and Ukraine during the Euro Championships. Two key players singled out are Joe Hart and Andy Carroll, with the latter getting the nod to play alongside Wayne Rooney up front. These are supported by a midfield with Steven Gerrard supporting the attackers, and Scott Parker as anchor.

If it wasn't for Rooney's suspension this might very well be the team we see come Friday, but only Hodgson knows and we're sure he has tools equal to or more accurate than EA's laboratory.
