The buzz on the Internet yesterday was that The Witcher 2 was about to be revealed, and from out of nowhere came a (really cool) trailer for the game. And today, it seems like everything is official - the game is slated for release early next year, at least for the PC with CD Projekt's Alek Pakulski telling Eurogamer that the game's engine "is multiplatform, but any announcements will come in the future." A press conference will be held in Poland tomorrow, which will be broadcast on CD Projekt's official website.
It looks as if The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will hold true to the same ideals the first one did - blood, violence, monsters and sex. No silly card-collecting this time it seems, but CD Projekt is sure to make up for that by just adding more nudity to the game, we're sure.
