2D side-scroller Adventures of Pip hits Steam on June 4

"When darkness covers the kingdom, an unlikely hero will evolve and devolve to save the day in this epic 2D side-scrolling adventure."

That's how TicToc Games describes their new game Adventures of Pip that has now received it's definite release date.

"This is one of the most inspiring titles I have had the pleasure to work on. Adventures of Pip is a true reflection of the incredible talent of the team," said CEO Shereef Morse (prior credits: Shantae and Ratchet and Clank Going Mobile).

The Kickstarter funded pixel adventure will hit PC & Mac on Steam June 4 and on Wii U June 11 (North America only, no word on Europe thus far). According to the latest blog update the EU release is also due as soon as possible. Adventures of Pip is also planned to arrive on PS4 and Xbox One, but there isn't yet a official release date for them.
