First Total War: Arena gameplay unveiled

Total War: Arena was introduced a while back, but it wasn't until late 2014 that we got to know specific details about the 20-player F2P offering for PC. Now, with a final build and the consequent launch getting closer, fans of Creative Assembly and Sega's strategy series can watch the first in-game footage below:

"Total War: Arena is a free-to-play, team-based strategy game, putting players in the middle of epic-scale battles. Using key elements of award-winning Total War design, it is made from the ground-up for multiplayer realtime strategy fans, with players going head-to-head in 10v10 battles."

European users can try now and join the closed alpha test here, while North American gamers will have to wait a little bit longer.
