The Simpsons to join PlayStation's Minecraft

And there's a new character called Alex as well.

Owen Hill from Mojang has announced on <a href="http://blog.us.playstation.com/2015/04/27/the-simpsons-come-to-minecraft-on-playstation-this-week/">official PlayStation Blog> that The Simpsons Pack will be available in Minecraft this week on PlayStation. The pack will include "the whole family along with Principal Seymour Skinner, Groundskeeper Willie" and other familiar characters we know from the popular TV Show. The pack has previously seen release on Xbox platforms.

Then, Hill has added that a new character called Alex will join Minecraft's world.

"She has slightly thinner arms than Steve, but plays exactly the same way as he does. Now, all new players get to choose from eight Steve skins and eight Alex skins, as well as any extra DLC they've purchased".

Alex's update is completely free, and available for all PlayStation platforms.
