While thanks to an earlier drop on Reddit, we already knew it was coming, but we had to wait until Warner pulled the official trigger to get a closer look at Lego Dimensions.
And Warner's certainly delivered. So, here's what we know:
The game's due out September 29th, and its being developed by TT Games. It'll be out for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and Wii U. There'll be a number of different packs released, and they'll be future proofed to work with anything released on the platform in the future.
The Starter Pack - including game, Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle figures, Toy Pad, Lego Batmobile and Lego bricks (to build a Gateway, which when placed on the Toy Pad will create a level in-game), will be priced at £89.99 - £99.99.
The idea is that you'll be able to buy more figures and use them in the game, and buy Level Packs (£29.99) which come with a new game level, figure, vehicle or gadget. Team packs (also £29.99) get you two figures plus gadget of vehicle, while Fun Packs (£14.99) have one figure and vehicle or gadget.
You can drop up to seven figures, vehicles or gadgets into a game at once, and there's a co-op drop-in/drop-out mode.
Featured as well as upcoming franchises include Lord of the Rings, DC Comics, Back to the Future, Wizard of Oz, The Lego Movie and Lego Ninjago.
*Phew*. And here's the accompanying trailer and first in-game shots.
