Following complaints that Blizzard refused to refund dissatisfied Diablo III players, the Korean government recently raided Blizzard's Seoul office and secured documents relating to the incident.
Fans demanded refunds after lengthy server waits post-launch, but Blizzard refused their requests. Now the Fair Trade Commission will investigate to determine whether Blizzard should be held liable due to "ill-preparation".
Blizzard has since doubled its server capacity for Diablo III, and according to the Korea Times, have pledged to improve services so as to avoid further issues. Although they remain committed to their 'no refunds' policy.
