Bloodborne patch drops, fixes Lunarium Key glitch

Progression issue fixed.

We reported a couple of days ago about a nasty bug in Bloodborne that effectively killed your progress in the game.

The patch to fix that has finally dropped, which will see the Lunarium Key make an appearance as it's supposed to.
