Valve's Dota 2 tournament has already sold out, and that was after just ten minutes of being on general sale. The tickets were released in two phases on March 27, with the first phase vanishing in six minutes, the second following in only four.

If you were lucky enough to get a ticket you'll be heading to the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington, when the event runs from August 3rd through to the 8th. If you weren't, there's already tickets being thrown on eBay, so can always take your chances there if you missed out and are desperate to attend.

Last year the event boasted a huge first prize of $5 million, making it the largest in eSports history. Much of the fund from last year was raised through sales of the Compendium, an interactive digital booklet made for the event. It remains to be seen if Valve and their community can raise an equally enticing prize pool this year.
