The court case between Activision and former Infinity Ward heads Jason West and Vincent Zampella has already produced lots of noteworthy information.

The latest nugget is coming for the Activision camp and details the bonuses paid out to Infinity Ward as a result of the successful Call of Duty games.

Activision lawyers argue that, despite claims, no one is owed any bonuses and have detailed payments (detailed below) totalling bonus payments of £314 million ($493 million). Of course, as far as Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3 are concerned, West and Zampella were already out along with most of their co-workers.

Call of Duty - $3.8 million (studio)
Call of Duty 2 - $69 million (studio)
Call of Duty 3 - $2.6 million (tech)
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - $74.5 million (studio)
Call of Duty: World at War - $13.96 million (tech), $18.68 million (IP)
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - $147.46 million (studio)
Call of Duty: Black Ops - $46 million (tech), $56.96 million (IP)
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - $59.9 million (studio)

The number for Modern Warfare 2 includes the extra $42 million Activision initially withheld from defected Infinity Ward employees that they wound up paying this earlier this year.

The bitter case, where West and Zampella argue they are owed compensation up to $1 billion for wrongful termination and Activision are countersuing is due in court next month.
