Xbox Support is now on Reddit

If you have ever struggled to get in touch with Microsoft for help solving Xbox-related technical problems, a new tool is in the works that may help you in the future.

Come Monday (March 2), Xbox Support will be officially available on Reddit, more precisely on the Xbox One subreddit page.

This means users (and readers) will be able to contact support directly on Reddit during the hours of operation (9am to 5pm US Pacific), and the hope is to be able to help more players with their problems by reaching out to the community in new places:

"Hey everyone, glad to be able to branch out and offer support for our awesome community in more and more places. Our team is small but we'll be doing our best to respond to [Tech] threads and provide support here on reddit," Xbox Support writes.
