Project CARS release delayed slightly

Racer pushed back into April.

Slightly Mad Studios' promising racer was all set to be released on March 20, but it seems that the studio and publisher Bandai Namco has decided to delay it a little bit longer.

"Moving a release date was not an easy decision to make, as we know our fans are eager to get their hands-on on Project CARS", said studio head Ian Bell. "But we know that these extra days will allow us to provide the best game experience that our fans deserve. We assure you the wait will be worth it when the game does arrive early April".

The game is now set to launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on April 2. A Wii U version is also planned.
