GTAV becomes UK best-selling game of all time

It was a big week for Rockstar in the charts as not only did the release of the new-gen version of Grand Theft Auto V land at number one, the sales helped GTAV climb above Call of Duty: Black Ops as the best-selling title in the UK of all time. Ubisoft's Far Cry 4 came in at number two and is "by far the most successful" launch in franchise history. Consistent performers Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and FIFA 15 landed in third and fourth respectively, while Dragon Age: Inquisition matched the first week sales of Dragon Age 2 in fifth. The release of new-gen versions helped WWE 2K15 climb to number seven, while old-gen versions of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor helped the Monolith developed title to 11.
