According to CNBC several US citizens have bought the PS4 for as little as $90 lately, by exploiting the policies of major store chain Wal-mart.
The procedure is simple. Make a fake listing for a console on say Amazon.com, present "proof" of this at the store, and buy the console for the low price of your choosing by expecting Wal-Mart to honour their price matching policy.
Hunting for a good bargain is one thing. Deliberately scamming people quite another, and one that ultimately hurts not just the store in question but the games industry as a whole. Then again if clerks at Wal-Mart would check it out properly then perhaps a red flag would have been raised.
